This holiday based at Glaramara in Borrowdale was blessed with the most wonderful frosty, sunny weather.
We are planning our hike that will take place in the morning.
Look at us; We are packed and ready to go upon our little adventure! I remembered my trail mix. Martne--did you pack the bars?
Trudge, trudge trudge buddies!
Onward and upward!
Whew, Boy that is some climb!
Now that is some view, but my feet are getting just a tad tender!
Oh what an unexpected surprise!
Down--we have gone. Too cool for a dip in the lake!
Oh, look at the reflection--how relaxing is that--a rest beneath the tree by still, clear waters.
We,re heading to the tearoom!
A place to stop and rest. This tea room is great! I having a difficult time choosing my flavor!
We are heading in. The bars and trail mix are just about gone.
Time to rest and talk about our many experiences.

Whew! That was really something! I'm relaxing now, sipping on the leftover tea I took with me in a "cup to go". When's the next hike?

That was great! What beautiful scenery! Not that many hills like that in northwest Ohio, so it was a treat for me. Now I'm going to rest a spell with my big mug of tea, and look forward to our next adventure....

Great hike Ang, glad there were no cows or horses . Sheep I can cope with.
Now, now--cows and horses are our friends! I will have to blog about my dad's encounter with the bull!
This is great. I'm glad to see you have gotten lots of pictures. I'm sure glad you came along on this hike. I love the sheep and the tea room is so very relaxing. A good place for good conversation.
